The Walking Priest

Auntie Kirvi

Introduction:

Dear priest,
So you're leaving the seminary for the first time in years? Whether it's a Grand Tour in the tradition of Polisis youths, or a story-making of the Plains you'll find my guide to the wider world invaluable on your travels.

In this edition I'm happy to report a basic map may be found on the flyleaf!

Happy travels!

Auntie Kirvi.

The South

In Verovering, it is expected that everyone carry at least a dagger, if not a sword, axe, etc for personal safety. In Agricole, conversely, you are expected to carry a knife, but that's only in case you get invited to an impromptu feast and need a bread/fruit/meat knife. There's a school of thought that suggests this is all you need to know about the two countries, but further details follow.

The North

For female priests travelling in the North, I would advise the wearing of bells. From a single bell hanging from throat or brow or waist to a belt or sash or hair dress of many bells, lands in the North consider the bell to be the embodiment of beauty, and will not favourably regard a woman who does not wear them, even if she is as radiant as the Ocean Daughter.
